Juanita Shanks

Juanita Shanks is the Founder and CEO of FailSafe-ERA, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing transformative services to families and individuals affected by incarceration, with a strong emphasis on prevention, reentry, and youth empowerment. When families receive support, our communities become safer and stronger. We are dedicated to a restorative justice approach that includes advocacy, morality, and fiscal responsibility to improve lives and lower recidivism rates. We serve Virginia's Planning District 16 (Fredericksburg City and the Counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline).
